Our first challenge is to recruit the best people; the next challenge, and our priority, is to make sure they remain the most knowledgeable and committed in the industry. A wide range of training possibilities are available within ATC.

All our employees are required to undertake certain mandatory training sessions; they are also actively encouraged to take advantage of further development opportunities and to become members of professional associations, where appropriate.

ATC has reimbursement arrangements for study costs. Courses on offer range from short internal updating sessions to intensive international programmes (including, for example, the Executive Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School). We expect all our employees to invest themselves in ATC; you can expect a return on that investment.
